DIY avocado honey mask

I love this mask because it is super hydrating, easy to make, feels awesome, and makes your skin glowing and moisturized!

What you’ll need: 1/4 of an avocado and about 1-2tsp honey

Mix it all together with a fork then apply it to your cleansed face and wait about 15-20 minutes then rinse and follow with a toner + moisturizer!

The batch I made looks super gross and chunky but it made my skin so smooth but you definitely want to use a toner OR a cleanser after it because it tends to leave a little bit behind!

DIY complexion evening facial

this is a little extensive, but it i just used it for the first time and was actually amazed that i saw a noticeable difference after the first use. it dries out your skin a little (which is why you need glycerine) and then i HIGHLY suggest you follow with my honey yogurt mask after you do this!

what youll neeeeeed:

-1 wash cloth

- cotton pad/ball whateva whateva

- 1/3 of a lemon

- 1 tbsp witch hazel

- 1 tsp water

- 1 tsp hydrogen peroxide

- 1/4 tsp vegetable glycerine (if you don’t have this, just wait because it REALLY helps to protect your skin and lock in moisture that the drying that the hydrogen peroxide produces)

- honey

in a small bowl, combind witch hazel, water, hydrogen peroxide and glycerine, mix it and then apply it to your face with a cotton ball or whatever cotton product you have!

^ once it dries, repeat it the process of putting it on your face with a cotton ball and letting it dry!!!

THEN after that dries on your face, you are going to take your lemon wedge and rub it on your face for about 45 seconds.

THEN after you are done with the lemon wedge, SQUEEZE the JUICE into the the water/hydrogen peroxide/glycerine/witch hazel mixture, mix it together then apply it to your face with a cotton ball again.

let it dry, then apply honey all over your face and let it sit for 10 minutes, then remove with a damp hot washcloth.

your skin is gonna look scary at first because all of the blood will be rushing to the top but after it has dried for a few minutes the color will be more even.

then follow with the honey yogurt mask im tellin ya!!! or a really good serum and moisturizer! you are also NOT going to want to use astringent after this!

ALSO i would recommend using this not too often because it is a little harsh on your skin!!! but it is safe and way cheaper than most skin tone evening things on the market!!!! your scars aren’t gonna fade over night, things take time and patience but you can help em along

DIY Moisturizing honey yogurt mask

this is super easy and tastes soooo yummy, feels super soothing and makes your skin soft and glowing!

what you’ll need:

-1 tbsp greek yogurt (i like the fat free because i don’t like the residue feeling that the fat in yogurt usually leaves you feeling, but that is just my personal preference.)

- 1 tsp honey

mix, then put it on clean skin, wait for 10 minutes, rinse and then moisturize!

DIY smoothing and tightening mask

This mask helps to gently exfoliate while helping tighten and fade acne scars. Honey has natural anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, the citric acid in lemon helps with fading scars, egg whites help to firm skin, and the sugar helps to get rid of those nasty dead skin cells on your face!

What you’ll need:

- 1 egg white

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 tbsp honey

- 4 tbsp sugar

in a medium sized bowl, whisk egg white for about 80 seconds until it looks like this:

add honey, lemon juice, and sugar then mix.

apply it to cleansed skin and leave on for 10 minutes, rinse and then follow with a good moisturizer!

Chocolate body mask

What you’ll need:

-1 fage 0% fat greek yogurt cup (I don’t like the kind with fat in it because it just leaves a gross oily layer on top of your skin. Also PLEASE use greek yogurt for this, it is much thicker and more moisturizing.)

-1/3 cup cocoa powder

After combining the yogurt and the cocoa powder, mix until it is all smooth and looks like this:

This is SUPER easy and smells and feels absolutely amazing.

I don’t really like the smell after rinsing it off so i usually wash my body as usual then follow with a sugar scrub and then a body butter.

(When you use this before your shower, it softens your dead skin cells which will make them easier to come off when you exfoliate, and then when you go in with a body butter after your shower it really makes a huge difference with how your skin looks and feels.)

This is also safe to put on your face, the greek yogurt is very moisturizing and cocoa is full of antioxidants!
