DIY super smoothing chocolate body scrub for dry rough skin
**I wouldn’t recommend you to use this if you have sensitive skin***
This scrub helps to get rid of all your dead skin cells leaving your skin super smooth and glowing!
What you’ll need:

- 3/4 cup DARK brown sugar (regular sugar and light brown sugar aren’t harsh enough)
- 1/5 cup cocoa powder
- 1/5 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
In a bowl combine dark brown sugar, cocoa powder, milk and vanilla then mix.
Do this BEFORE you start the water in the shower! It will feel kinda sticky but the friction that your hand creates with the stickiness and the sugar is what deep exfoliates you! then hop in the shower and rinse off and follow with your body wash, and once you get out use a good lotion!!!
Chocolate body mask
What you’ll need:
-1 fage 0% fat greek yogurt cup (I don’t like the kind with fat in it because it just leaves a gross oily layer on top of your skin. Also PLEASE use greek yogurt for this, it is much thicker and more moisturizing.)
-1/3 cup cocoa powder

After combining the yogurt and the cocoa powder, mix until it is all smooth and looks like this:

This is SUPER easy and smells and feels absolutely amazing.
I don’t really like the smell after rinsing it off so i usually wash my body as usual then follow with a sugar scrub and then a body butter.
(When you use this before your shower, it softens your dead skin cells which will make them easier to come off when you exfoliate, and then when you go in with a body butter after your shower it really makes a huge difference with how your skin looks and feels.)
This is also safe to put on your face, the greek yogurt is very moisturizing and cocoa is full of antioxidants!
Vanilla orange sugar scrub
What you’ll need:
-3/4 cups sugar (I suggest organic sugar if you are going to be using it on your face, but if you are just going to be using it on your body or as a lip, scrub don’t worry about it!)
-1/2 of an orange
-1/2 tsp of a good vanilla extract (one that doesn’t smell too alcohol-y / mexican vanilla extract is my favorite for the smell)
You can also totally skip out on the extract if you don’t like the smell because it can be sickeningly sweet for some people!

Any citrus fruit will work fine and you can even skip the vanilla, its all up to you!
Use this in the shower with bath gloves:

after you have washed your body and scrub everything super well then follow with a moisturizer and your skin will be sooooo nice.
I try to exfoliate at least once a week, it gets off all the dead skin cells and makes your skin smooth and glowing. (also the friction of your bare hands is really good for getting off those gross extra dead skin cells that are left behind after doing this!)
